Covid-19 Update

April Update

In light of the current restrictions in place, we are running virtual tours in an effort to support Craft Breweries. Please click below to find out more.

Thank you for all your enquiries regarding our reopening. We can’t wait to get out there and share a beer with you all once again!

It’s been a long road for everyone, so firstly we would like to thank all those who have been working hard to keep us safe over the course of the pandemic. We hope that all your efforts will allow us to return to some sort of normality as soon as possible.

After careful consideration about how we can operate as safely as possible, we’ve taken the decision that we will not be able to reopen until all restrictions around gatherings have been lifted. Further, we need to allow our amazing venues some time to get back into their own routines before we can visit them once again. With all of these factors in mind, we have set a provisional restart date of Saturday 7th August. This will be subject to change depending on further government guidance. Our website is now taking bookings from that date here.

All of our tours will be run in conjunction with the most up-to-date government guidelines in order to ensure the safety of all guests on our tour. Should the restart date be delayed following further government restrictions, guests will be able to transfer to a later date at no extra cost, or receive a full refund.

From the outset of the pandemic we pledged to honour all gift vouchers, and we remain committed to this stance. All vouchers will be extended relative to how long we are not able to run the tours for. For example, if our tours do not run for 16 months, then a 16 month extension will be added on to your voucher’s expiry date. As we have not been able to run a tour since March 2020, the final extension period will be confirmed once we have restarted our tours.

If you have any further questions for us please do not hesitate to get in touch, and we’ll look forward to sharing a beer with you in the next few months!

If you have booked on one of our tours which has been cancelled:

We would like to keep the disruption to a minimum for you and at no further cost. You have the following options:

  1. Rearrange to another date of your choosing. We are happy to accommodate you on any other available dates.
  2. If you don’t know a suitable date to rearrange to yet, then we will keep your booking open on our system and await your input regarding a suitable date for you to attend the tour.
In both of these instances, please email and we can arrange this with you.

Gift Cards

You can still purchase Gift Cards with 12 months+ validity

We appreciate that our gift cards are time sensitive and that these were bought in good faith. Considering the above, we will be extending gift card expiry dates relative to how long we are not running tours for. For example, if we are not able to run tours for one month, then gift voucher expiry dates will be extended by one month. If you are unsure when your voucher expires, please contact us for more information.

Like many small businesses, we are bracing for a tough period ahead but understand that the health of everyone needs to take precedence. We appreciate all those people that have booked a tour or bought a gift voucher at this time; it will really help tiny independents like us stay afloat.
If you have any further questions or queries, please don’t hesitate to drop us an email or give us a call on 0161 327 0644.

Thank you for your understanding.
Stay safe and look out for one another.
